"I was a policy holder for over 20 yrs. I sadly divorced and had to split up policy’s. In the beginning of the year I thought Lisa was being extremely helpful in my situation closing out life insurance policy’s and getting a new car insurance quote. I discovered later my quote was significantly higher when billed. When I called to address this Lisa actually took a defensive stance stating that she’s sorry I’m frustrated but there’s nothing she could do? How is this good business practice? I was told since I ended policy’s I lost long term discounts on my car insurance policy I have NOW, but quoted me as if I had them we building the car insurance and then a policy surcharge was added to my bill of $40 over so many cycles to pay them back for the discounts!!! The policy will be dropped at the end of the month. I feel so dissatisfied and simply disgusted."
